Suffering: A Wake-Up Call From God

No one likes to suffer. Pain is hard. But sometimes, suffering is the way God gets our attention. It's like a loud alarm clock for the soul, telling us to wake up before it's too late.

The Bible says that "the wages of sin is death" (Romans 6:23). That means sin has a cost. All of us have sinned, and sometimes, the pain we go through is part of the price. It's not that God hates us, He actually loves us so much that He allows pain to warn us before we go too far.

If you're going through something very hard, like a deadly disease or an illness that can't be cured, it might be your last chance to turn to God. That suffering could be your final reminder that this life isn't forever, but your soul will live on. Are you ready to meet God?

Jesus came to save us. He died for our sins so we don't have to face eternal punishment. He rose again to give us eternal life. But we have to make a choice, to repent (turn away from our sins) and believe in Him.

Suffering can be a gift in disguise. It pulls us away from things that don't matter and points us to what matters most, where we will spend eternity.

Don't waste your pain. Use this time to ask God for forgiveness and trust in Jesus. It may be your last chance. But it's not too late yet.
